In this way, you will better decide to add the programs to the startup list, as now you know the importance and drawbacks of adding startup programs to Mac.

The very 1st step is to log in to the account in which the Startup program is to be added. I’ll strongly suggest you check for the program before you are going to add it Startup program list. Avoid adding too many programs in the Startup list. This will slow down you Macbook posing heavy load and ultimately affect the performance.

Step by Step Guide:-

Go to ‘System Preferences’ and then click on ‘Users & Groups’.
A popup window will appear. On the left-hand side users list for your Mac will be displayed (by default it is the current user). If you want to manage another account, Click on the account and provide the credentials to switch user (account). Skip this step if you want to manage current user account.
In the Login Items tab, you will see a list of Startup programs. Click on (Addition Symbol “+“) below to add items from the list. (See the pic for reference)
A new window will be opened containing a list of programs.
Select the program and click ‘Add’.

Startup list items will be running automatically when you start your computer next time.

Right click on the program.
Click on ‘Options’.
Select ‘Open at Login’.

The process is quite similar to adding startup programs. The 1st step is to login to the user account. Now you have logged in to the account from where you want to remove the startup programs.

If you want to manage for another user, then you must have authorization (i.e username & password). It is my strong recommendation to remove useless 3rd party applications from the list.

Step By Step Guide to Remove startup programs on Mac

Go to ‘System Preferences’ and then click on ‘Users & Groups’.
A popup window will appear. On the left-hand side users list for your Mac will be displayed (by default it is the current user). If you want to manage another account, Click on the account and provide the credentials to switch user (account). Skip this step if you want to manage current user account.
Navigate to the Login Items tab by clicking on Login Items.
In the Login Items tab, you will see a list of applications that are in Startup programs. Carefully, select the programs you want to remove ( multiple items can be selected).
Click on (Minus symbol “-“) below to remove startup programs from the list.

This should remove the selected program from the Startup Item list. Next time when you start your Mac these programs won’t be running.

Today I am going to share with you a very interesting and astonishing thing, which is that Android is quite similar to mac in my personal observation. What is similar between the two? Unix based OS (Operation System).

If you are from the field of IT you must have heard the name of Ubuntu. Android basically uses the Linux Operating System.

What amazing thing is that which I wanted to prove here which is very interesting is that Operating System named Linux is based on Unix. Hence the area of emergence of both android and mac is Unix.

As both are brothers/sister, they show quite a resemblance in the behavior, being the kids of the same father named UNIX. The behavior resembles but nature is quite different.

How many of you have used UNIX?

Anyone knows how to hide the file in Unix?

Those who don’t know I would like to add this interesting thing that if you want to hide a file in Unix, you have to add [.] “dot”. Basically, Linux and Unix are considered as very secure operating systems and used in multiple secure places.

These are not very user-friendly and their interface as not as attractive but they are very very secure, let me tell you this thing.

Coming back to mac. If I am using Linux and I want to hide a file with name Steve personal stuff. If will write it as .steve personal stuff (dot steve personal stuff). Right? This will be my hidden file now.

See!! In just simple knowledge sharing process I have told you how to hide your file on mac? Isn’t it amazing?

Just add a dot before the file name and you are done. Thumbs Up.

The file will disappear from the eyes.

Disappear doesn’t mean that the file will be deleted. It becomes a hidden file. Don’t get afraid or tense at all. You are not required to do complicated coding. As it usually happens that when people hear about the terminal, they get confused or think of going to the apple store for their valuable device.

Let me share an interesting thing to you guys.

You just have to write a SINGLE LINE in the Terminal.

The see the magic of Steve and mac. That’s the sublime majestic power of the gigantic Terminal. All mac version Supported. If not work on your version of mac to share with me.

HOW THE MAGIC HAPPENS IN JUST 3 STEPS

Step No. 1

Open ‘Terminal’. Search Terminal in Finder and click on the result.

Step No. 2

Type or paste the following command in the terminal “defaults write com.apple.finder Apple Show All Files TRUE; kill all Finder” and press Enter or Return.

Step No. 3

This should solve your query concerning hidden files on MacOS and you should see all the hidden files.

*** Note: There is some difference in command mentioned in step 2 and in the image above. Actually, both the command will work but we promised you a one-liner so that’s that.***

On a further note, the above command both shows the hidden files and refreshes the Finder so hidden file appears.

The following is the simplest way to unhide/show hidden files in Mac OS Sierra or later versions. Why? Well, because you can literally unhide files with keyboard shortcuts. Let’s see how;

Step 1:- Locate the file

Go to ‘Finder’
Search for the folder containing hidden files.
If not sure, open any folder with files in it, when you unhide files all hidden files are shown.

Step 2:- Use of commands.

This will show all the hidden files on your Mac.

Step 3:- View Hidden Mac files.

Use the keys,

Note

Note that the kill all command works at the system level and the auto-save option doesn’t work. Be careful not to lose your unsaved data.

Such features that will really blow your mind away. Have would you feel if you get the iMessage on Windows 10/PC? You are an iPhone Loyal fan but you are related to a certain kind of work that you want to use iMessage on windows 10. I have specifically mentioned windows 10 for using iMessage otherwise you can use iMessage on windows no matter which version you are using.

Isn’t it amazing?

You are using a PC that has windows installed on it and sync with the iMessage. Well that’s really easily. I am going to guide you today that how easily you can setup iMessage for PC Windows 10.

Technology has always brought convenience in the life of humans. We daily experience new happenings. No one has even thought about them. iMessage is one such an amazing example of it. The method that I am going to share with you is not quite simple. There are numerous possibilities that you will find multiple other methods that are quite easy to use, but I don’t share anything that is not tested. That is not trusted.

In the app, click Start to choose file types you need to export from Export from iOS Device tab. For example, Message, and click on Next.

Step 3:- Connect your Device.

Step-4: Device Scanning and Selection

After connecting your iOS device, click on the Scan button. iMyFone D-Port will scan your device.

Step 5: Check files on PC

After the scanning is completed, iMessages on the device will be displayed on your PC screen. You can check the files by clicking them individually and choose the desired files.

Step-6: Use of Export Function.

Finally, click on the Export button present in the bottom right corner. A pop-up window will appear asking you to locate where you want to store the iMessages on your computer.

It is strongly recommended that you follow each step very carefully. I have provided the step by step guideline for your ease and comfort. It is not that every method will work for you. Also, You must have a Mac with iMessage and a Windows computer to try this method. Follow these steps in order to use iMessage on your Windows computer:

Step-1: Download Chrome RDP

Firstly, download Chrome and Chrome Remote Desktop on both of your Mac as well as Windows 10. Check the pic below and you will have clear idea what are you going to do.

Step-2: Launch RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)

After installing it, click on Launch app to run it. I fully hope that the pic will help you in this case.

Step-3: RDP Host Installer

Download Chrome Remote Desktop Host Installer on your Mac. If you are confused. Please check out the picture below.

Step-4: Install RDP on your system

After downloading it, install it on your Mac. Follow the steps in the installation wizard properly.

Step-5: Successful Installation

Once you have successfully followed the steps in the installation wizard, click on Close to finish the process. One added advantage of Chrome Remote Desktop is that you can also easily access your apps and files securely.

Step-6: Use the Code

Now use the code appearing on the screen to connect both the computers. Then, get started.

Step-7: Done.

You can now enjoy using iMessage on your Windows computer.

The method is simple and quick. The only drawback it has is that not everyone has a Windows 10 and Mac both. So if you are one that ‘not everyone,’ the next method will work out for you.

3rd Method. Use iPadian 2 to use iMessage on PC (Win 10)

Before we proceed and start learning how to use iMessage on pc while using iMessage app, it is Important to know something Important.

What is iPadian?

An iPandian is a Simulator that enables PC Windows 10 to convert and allows it to run iOS apps. The emulator provides Standalone Adobe air application.

This could be very handy for the users who are curious to know and use iMessage app for windows. Using iPadian, you can use iMessage on Windows 10.

Follow these steps in order to learn how:

Step-1: Firstly, download the iPadian emulator.

Step-2: Now install the file with the .exe extension on your PC.

Step-3: Run the emulator. Then, accept its Terms and Conditions.

Step-5: Now search for “iMessage” in the search bar.

I have always suggested my users that – SAFETY 1ST. THEREFORE I ALWAYS RECOMMEND MY RESPECTED VISITORS / VIEWERS TO TAKE A BACKUP OF YOU iPhone 1ST and then start doing anything further.

The step by step guide and methods shared with you people are fully tested on my personal iPhone and then we share it with you people. The screen Shots provided are taken from my own cell phone.

Getting Cydia on you iPhone and you will have access to the millions of apps outside the iPhone app store. You will be free from the jail of Apple.

Let’s start.

How to download Cydia?

The very first thing that you need to do is that you need to delete the profile. You must be thinking like. What? Delete the profile. How to do.

Do you know how to delete the profile? Don’t know I’ll tell you. First of all, go to the Mobile Settings.

Am I right?

Then Go to General. In the General settings if you are totally beginner to iPhone, don’t worry, I’ll make you understand each and everything in complete detail, so you don’t need to have to worry at all as our aim Is to provide you ease and comfort in your working by bringing very easy and reliable and tested methods for you.

The method that I am going to share with you guys is my very own tested method. That’s why I am sharing with you the screenshots so that you will have the satisfaction in your heart.

Right!

Coming back to the point.

As you go to the settings of your iPhone, you will see multiple setting options that start with from the top Apple iCloud. Aeroplane Mode, Wifi, Bluetooth, Mobile data and the list will go on. You need to find the {*GENERAL SETTINGS*}.

Enter the General Settings and here again you will find settings like ABOUT, SOFTWARE UPDATE, AIRDROP, HANDOFF. You don’t need to tap anyone, keep scrolling down in the setting till you find {*PROFIE*}.

Got it?

Enter the Profile. If there is Profile as I have in my cell phone

Tap on the Profile that you want to delete. You need to delete. The better-recommended part is that before the start, you take the Backup of you complete iPhone. If anything happens from you by mistake, at least you will have the peace of mind that your data Is safe.

Now you can see that I have one profile installed on my iPhone, let me also share this thing with you that I am using the Iphone 7 (IOS 12). To delete this profile, you need to single tap it, and it will ask you to remove the profile. Check the picture below.

Now that you have deleted the profile and if you have done it successfully, then you are going to the right direction.

Very Good Keep going on.

The very next Step is the installation and build of a new profile that will help you to install the Cydia.

I’ll again mention this thing here that for this process you don’t need any kind of Jailbreak. Just follow my guide properly and you will have Cydia on your phone like I have today.

After removing the profile go to flekstore.com and as the site opens you will get the interface picture given below.

No worries, nothing else, free from all tensions. How amazing it as that you are going to download Cydia on you iPhone without jailbreak.

The most amazing part is that you are going to do it yourself just following my simple step by step guide, that will solve you issue in just 2 minutes.

As you press the install button, it was said that Warning “The Profile is not signed in”, you will be required to sign in to the profile.

Don’t worry at all. This is not a complicated mathematical problem. You just need to press a button and you are ready to go to the next step. If you look carefully, you will find “Install” button on the top-right corner of your screen.

Just Check out the picture below.

As you press the install button, you are asked to build the profile. The window shown below is the one, that will open. As you Press the Install button, It was say that Warning “The Profile is not signed in”, you will be required to sign in to the profile.

As you press Build Profile, you will be asked that

THE WEBSITE IS TRYING TO OPEN SETTINGS TO SHOW YOU A CONFIGURATION PROFILE. DO YOU WANT TO ALLOW THIS?

Press Allow and Congratulations your profile has been created now.

As you press the Install button, a window will pop up asking you to install. You just don’t need to worry about anything. Press the install button and you are on the go.

Wonderful guys.

If you have completed this step successfully, your more then 85% of the task is complete now.

Now you are just 2 steps away from download cydia on you iPhone and enjoy the real flavor of freedom. Completely away from the bounds of the App Store. Now come to the the desktop of your iphone and scroll to the last page to the the app “FlekStore”. It will be in your phone like this, check the image.

Yupieee!!!

Now that you have the flex store installed on your iPhone. You just have to download cydia on your iphone and the show will begin then. Open the FlekStOre.

Now Type in Cydia and Press the get button.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!
